Full-Service Design

If you are looking for a complete home transformation where everything is taken care of for you, this service is a great way to accomplish your goal. We specialize in helping busy professionals with their home transformation needs in a way that is efficient, streamlined, and predictable. Surprises are great, but they don’t belong here.

Using our 4-stage design process, we take extra measures to ensure every detail is handled with professionalism and that the final outcome reflects the plan that we established together.

This service may include any of the following:

  • Creating a project design vision

  • Sourcing of materials

  • Architectural partnering and permit assistance

  • Procurement and ordering of furnishings

  • Construction support

Our goal with this service is to ensure that your project stays on schedule and within budget, all while delivering the dream home you’ve always wanted and envisioned.

Pricing structure is a flat fee, starting at $7000, and the overall investment will depend on the scope of your project.

Designer for a Day

Are you in need of design help but want to finish your project on your own? Or maybe you are already working with a builder and just need some help finalizing your selections? My Designer for a Day service is for you.

Your home transformation or new-build project shouldn’t be plagued by needless delays, indecision, or a lack of confidence. We’ll delve into your vision, tackle burning design questions, and curate a tailored selection of elements that speak to your unique style. Allow us to assist you with the parts you find overwhelming and avoid costly mistakes.

This service includes:

  • A virtual 1-hour design planning meeting, typically 2-3 days prior to your working session

  • Six hour working session where I will dive into your design questions. During this session I can provide design advice, space planning, finishes and fixtures selections, paint selections, window treatments, and more.

  • After your working session, you are provided a virtual one hour follow up meeting to be scheduled at your convenience within 60 days of the working session. Use this time to ask any further design questions.

$2600 flat fee.

Design Consultation

Starting the home transformation process can feel like a complicated situation to navigate, and that’s why my Design Consultation service exists. If you already have a design direction but need some quick guidance or a second opinion, you are in the right place.

Our time is yours during this working session so we can focus where you need us most.

This service may include any of the following:

  • Creating a design plan

  • Space planning

  • Paint colours

  • Furniture selections

  • Material selections

  • Window treatments

At the end of this working session, you will feel more confident moving forward on your home transformation.

$475 flat fee for 90 minutes.

How It Works

  • Discovery Call

    It all starts with a conversation. The first step is to schedule a discovery call with me. We will chat for 15-20 minutes about your project and design goals. If we are a good fit for each other, I’ll arrange for a deep dive meeting.

  • Deep Dive Meeting

    Our 2-hour deep dive meeting (in-person or virtual) helps us to get to know each other better, review your space in detail, explore your design goals and how you’d like your home to feel, and provide you with a plan of action to launch your project.

    After this meeting, we will prepare a design proposal for your project. We will set up a virtual meeting to review the proposal and answer any questions you might have. Once the contract is signed, we will collect the deposit from you, and begin your project.

  • Design Phase

    My team and I will start by preparing a comprehensive design plan, including project vision board and space layouts. We will also meet with our various trades to firm up what is possible for your space within the provided investment amount. With an established preliminary budget, we will move forward with drawings, 3-D renderings, product selections, samples, a finalized budget, and everything necessary to complete your project. We will communicate regularly with you as we develop the design, and we will schedule an in-person Final Design Presentation to go over all the details.

    After our presentation, our team will make any revisions necessary based on your comments.

  • Implementation

    For construction projects, once we have received your approval on all material selections, we will prepare an Implementation Proposal that lays out the timeline and investment needed for us to bring the design vision to life. During this phase, we will coordinate directly with our renovation team.

    For furnishings projects, once we have your approval on all furniture selections, we will prepare a Furnishings Proposal and collect payment for all products. We will place orders, handle the fulfillment logistics, and promptly take care of any issues that may arise.

  • Finishing Touches

    As we approach the end of the project, we will prepare for and schedule our installation date - the Final Reveal. We will bring the furnishing items to your home, set up and style the space(s), and resolve any deficiencies.

  • Care & Photos

    We will give you a Product Care Binder that contains cleaning, repair, and replacement information on all products that we curated for your home.

    Our professional interiors photographer will capture your space for our portfolio promptly after your project has been revealed. We take great pride in our work and look forward to showcasing your spaces in our marketing.
